In Canada, our products are built and installed through our main plant in Mount Forest, Ontario, and through our factory stores in Calgary and Edmonton. In this role, the successful person will install snow & ice removal products, mechanical equipment, dump bodies, and more on standard and customized commercial trucks.

What We Are Looking for:

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Knowledge in fluid power and hydraulic systems (hydraulic)
  • Knowledge in mechanical systems (mechanical)
  • Knowledge in 12V and 24V electrical systems, truck air systems (electrical)
  • Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty commercial vehicle equipment and accessories preferred
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
  • Flexible, dedicated, motivated, challenge seeker, results driven
  • Ability to work with others and independently
  • Class 5 Drivers License


Education/Experience:

Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic installation experience/knowledge preferred.

What You'll Do As A Truck Installation Technician

Installation – General, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic (Personal tools required)

  • Fabrication, in position and out of position welding (Mechanical)
  • Installation of 12V and 24V electrical & pneumatics (Electrical)
  • Installation of hydraulic hosing, valves, pumps, and related electrical and mechanical components. (Hydraulic)
  • Read/interpret drawings as they relate to the product being manufactured and installed
  • Installation of dump bodies, snowplows, spreaders, etc. on commercial trucks. (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
  • Handle heavy materials manually or with overhead cranes.
  • Complete required documentation for time, materials used, etc.
  • Use air/electric tools, paint, use shop measuring tools & cutting equipment
  • Produce quality product in a safe manner while focusing on given standards
  • Maintain daily cleanliness of work area
  • Adhere to all safety practices and report any unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment.
